This essay is Fitness for practice and will consist 3 stages:
Stage 1: written essay with a list of relevant sources of references
Stage 2: a summary of the essay for oral presentation ( the information for this summary will come from stage 1, in which I will read it out to record my presentation.
Stage 3: A mind map to demonstrate all the point discussed on the essay including their references
What need to be done: We are in a group of 3 students and have to do a physical activity with a group of young people age range 11-15 in high school, our chosen physical activity is “basket ball” we are doing this physical activity for health promotion intervention, as nowadays with all the new technology system young people are becoming very inactive, what they do is just sitting down and playing game consoles online with friend, they are becoming inactive.

Provide an appraisal of planning tools and a rationale for the one selected (or not). • Why is planning necessary and what is the evidence for this? • What leadership skills were developed and what leadership and teambuilding theories underpinned the activity? Critically appraise these. Implementation:
• Which health promotion theories and quality improvement strategies underpinned my approach? Provide an appraisal of these. Which theories could have been utilised and why was the one chosen appropriate to your health and well-being activity? • Provide a critical appraisal of learning theories and why the chosen theory was used for your intervention. Which teaching and learning methods were considered and why were these used for your activity? Evaluation: • Which methods were used to evaluate the health and well- being activity and why? What links were there to or quality improvement strategies? Could a different evaluation method have been used?

3. Professional Development:
Critically appraise how this activity contributed to your own professional development needs linking this to relevant professional competencies. Reference should be made to graduate skills.
